The Myloc8 Lifetime Warranty gives you extra peace of mind. If your device is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged, we’ll replace it for free, with no expiration or extra fees. These guarantee terms apply exclusively to customers who have an active subscription and purchased their device through official channels such as Amazon and valid worldwide.

Who can receive MYLOC8 Lifetime Warranty?
To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, all of the following must apply:
• Purchased your device from Amazon
You’ll need to provide one of the:
- Valid Amazon order ID (ex. 123-1234567-1234567)
- Amazon invoice number (ex. ABC1-2345678)
• Active subscription
Your device must have an active paid subscription when you request the warranty.
Not qualified if:
- The product wasn’t bought through Amazon
- The subscription is cancelled or inactive
- The device was intentionally damaged or misused
How to claim your Lifetime Warranty?

1 Contact support
Get in touch with our team by phone or email (see support contacts below).
2 Complete troubleshooting
Before we process your claim, we’ll:
- Check the device status (battery, GSM errors, last update, timestamp)
- Try a manual or remote reboot
- Help adjust notifications and contact settings
3 Confirm eligibility
Our team will ask for:
- A valid Amazon order ID or Amazon invoice number
- Subscription status
4 Warranty activation ✨
If everything checks out, your warranty will be activated.
What’s covered by Lifetime Warranty?

If you qualify, your device will be replaced for free in the following cases:
✓ Lost device
✓ Theft
✓ Accidental physical damage (not caused by misuse)
We may ask for proof of the issue before replacement.
The old device will be deactivated once it is replaced with a new one.
Please, note:
- For users with Monthly subscription plan - maximum 1 free device replacement allowed by Lifetime warranty.
- For users with Annual subscription plan - maximum 2 free device replacements allowed by Lifetime warranty.
- For users with Clubloc8 Membership subscription plan - maximum 3 free device replacements allowed by Lifetime warranty.
Not covered if:
- The subscription is cancelled or inactive
- You requested a refund or cancelled your subscription
- The damage was intentional or due to misuse
